With summer already here, one of my favorite things to do is have a mostly neutral colored outfit, but add in that splash of color that makes it pop. So for today's ItS post, I've gathered some of my favorites. Hopefully it gets your fashion wheels turning!

 

In the Spotlight: Dresses

Hello, lovelies!

Even though it's the middle of winter, I'm so ready for spring and summer to come, especially because in those months I can break out the skirts and dresses without having to layer on three pairs of leggings so I don't freeze.

Today's ItS post features some dresses that would be perfect for spring/summer, and a few that would probably work for colder weather too. Something I really love about dresses is that you can change the look of a dress with a few simple accessories. So if one day you want to go for an elegant look you can, but with the same dress you can also go for more of a casual look, which I love.

And also, I have a question. For future ItS posts, would you like me to feature not only fashion and hair, but make-up too? I'm no professional make-up artist, but if you'd like me to do a spotlight on make-up trends, I'd be happy to! What do you think?

Hello again! Winter is cold as always here, and staying warm is essential. As much as I love a good comfy sweatshirt, sometimes I feel like changing it up a little with some other kind of wintery clothes. I've gathered up some of the cutest winter outfits I've found.

I'll be doing something called In the Spotlight, and each In the Spotlight post will feature a certain fashion/hair trend that I've fallen in love with lately. I'll try to do one once a week or something like that.

For today's ItS post, I'm focusing on skirts/dresses paired with jackets. I love how you can take a really simple skirt or dress and then dress it up a little bit with a jacket. Jackets are also a great way to make your summer dresses work for fall too! Here are some of my favorite combos.
