I sometimes sport this look to school, and a lot of my friends freak out and ask me how I did it. In reality, it's quite simple.

Here's how to do it:

How To Make A One Direction T-Shirt

Hello, lovelies! I was browsing around the internet, and came across a tutorial for making a One  Direction logo T-shirt. I've yet to try this out, but I hope to someday. Let me know how it goes for you!

MATERIALS

- Acrylic paint (red, black and white)

- Paintbrushes (thick ones are best)

- Newspaper

- Sticky Tape

- Transparency sheet 

- Logo image

- Scissors or stencil knife

METHOD

Step 1:

Step 2:

Copy Paste the chosen logo and paste it on Microsoft Word ( The Orientation of the page is Landscape)

Step 3:

Get a Transparency Film sheet and put it in your printer (This is the one we used)

Step 4:

and then just print it out on it, It should look like this:

Step 5:

Cut out the stencil using scissors/stanley knife. Remember to cut it neatly for a better result! We used a 

stanley knife first to cut a but off the particular word and then used the scissors for a steadier cut.

Step 6:

Then get your top and put newspaper in the inside of the top so the paint doesn’t go through to the 

other side 

Step 7:

Get your cut out stencil and place it on the top however you like it and put sticky tape at each end or 

wherever until it’s secure

Step 8:

Get your Acrylic paints out (It’s best to use this type because it dries faster and gives a better result)

Step 9:

We used these paintbrushes below (the thicker the brush the better and quicker)

Step 10:

Dab the paintbrush onto the stencil until all areas are covered with paint (Like the picture below) 

NOTE: YOU HAVE TO DAB SO THE STENCIL WON’T MOVE!

 

Step 10:

Use a smooth brush to smooth out the paint if you want too (We did)

Step 11:

Wait for the paint to dry and then pull off the sticky tape and DONE! It should turn out like these ones:

Step 12:

Remember before putting it in the wash put a cloth on top of the painted areas and iron it. This will 

prevent the paint from fading away when you put it in the wash! :) 

Earbud Bracelet

Hey! July here. I found this on Pinterest as well (I'm so glad Seana finally convinced me to get one!) and I thought it was cool although I'm not sure why you would want to destroy two perfectly good pairs of earbuds....
Some things are a little unclear in this picture, but I would say that they used two pairs of earbuds and if you didn't know, they used a pencil to string it on :)
It's also unclear to me how they tied it, but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be too hard to figure out.

Medieval Braid

I was browsing Pinterest..... again.... and I found this really cute braid! I don't think just anyone would like it, but I thought it was adorable anyway. If it was me though, I wouldn't've left any hair at the bottom, I would have braided it all, but that's just me :P Let me know how it works if you try it! My hair isn't long enough :/

Les Mis Braid: Seana Edition

Now, maybe you remember me posting a tutorial about how to do Cosette's braid from Les Miserables. Then again, some of you have no idea. (You can click here for the original post.)

I said that I might try it out on myself sometime, and guess what? Yesterday, I did. Here are the results of my experiment.

Attempt #1: In which I didn't braid the ribbon in very well

Attempt #2: In which The ribbon was braided in better, but my hair lost some of it's wavy poof.

Les Mis Inspired Braided Hair

Hello, lovelies! Hope your day was awesome. This weekend I watched Les Miserables, and one of the characters, Cosette, had a really gorgeous hairstyle that I wondered if I could recreate. Thankfully, I found a tutorial online for it!

NUTELLA MILK SHAKE!

Hiya! So I'm so sorry I haven't been posting lately. I was wondering what you guys want to see more of on this blog! Please vote on the poll because I want people to enjoy reading our blog and that can only happen if we know what you want to hear!
Now on to the recipe! So I am pretty much obsessed with anything Nutella right now.... I just love Nutella! If you love it too, let's be friends! And if you don't then shame on you. ;P
I saw a picture on Pintrest of a Nutella milkshake and I really wanted to try it but I didn't have all the ingredients so I made up my own recipe sort of although it's not exact measurements

What you'll need

I can not take credit for the picture,
I found it on Google but mine
looked almost exactly like this!

• Nutella
• ice cream
• milk
• spoon
• blender

What you need to do

• First, put ice cream in the blender. I just put in how much I wanted, so you can do the same. I had approximately three/four or so small scoops
• Then I put one spoonful of Nutella in, but everyone likes different amounts of that! I was happy with the amount I put in because it wasn't overpowering but I could taste it fine. You can put as much or as little as you want in according to how big you are making it, but remember that once you put it in, you can't take it out again!
• Next add the milk. I personally don't like mine too runny, so I don't add too much milk. But if you want yours less thick, you can add as much milk as you want! Same as the Nutella though, once it's in there, you'll have a hard time taking it out! It's better to have to little and to add some than to have too much!
• Finally blend it up (I actually used a Magic Bullet thing but a blender would work also) to a consistency that fits your approval, pour it into a glass, and enjoy!

I understand that those are very vague instructions, but it isn't hard to figure out how to do. I did and just ask Sea J, I'm horrible in the kitchen! Try it because it tastes like a really yummy chocolate milk shake with pieces of fudge in it!

A Modern Twist On A Bun

Howdy lovelies! Found this cute alternative from the usual ho-hum buns that's super easy!

1. Take a section of hair at the crown of the head, use a ton of hairspray and backcomb.

2. Pull your hair into the highest ponytail you can. Secure the hair tie as tight as you can, but make the ponytail a few inches away from your scalp.

3. From underneath, find the approximate middle of the ponytail and put your fingers through to the other end.

4. Grab the end of the ponytail and pull it through the hole. Pull about two or three inches of hair through and no more.

5. Pull the base of the ponytail so it becomes tight to your scalp.

6. Your hair should now look like this. See how the top of the bun kind of goes off into a V? Gently pull those pieces forward if it happens to you and use bobby pins to secure.

7. Secure the ends of the ponytail around the base of the hair tie with bobby pins. Spray the hair to take care of the fly-aways if you like, though if you prefer a messier look, I'd leave them like I did here.

DIY Bow Shirt

I saw this shirt idea on Pinterest, and I fell in love with it. I found a tutorial that a girl posted on her website, so I reposted it here. You can read the original post by clicking the link above.

What you’ll need:

1. Scissors

2. Liquid stitch

3. A rotary cutter

4. A piece of cardboard

5. A shirt you are willing to cut (mine was $3 from H&M)

Step 1: Using your scissors, cut the bottom hem off of your shirt (you’ll need the material later)

Step 2: With the cardboard inside of the shirt, cut slits in the fabric with the rotary cutter. It doesn’t matter how far apart you make your cuts, as long as they are evenly spaced. I used the hem of the shirt to help guide my cuts so they were all the same width, but this step isn’t necessary.

Step 3: Using the extra material, cut 2-3 inch long strips (make sure to cut off the thread). 

Step 4: Pinch the fabric in the middle, creating the “bow” shape.

Step 5: Wrap one of your fabric strips around the area that you pinched, and apply the liquid stitch. Make sure that the glued section ends up in the back, so you have a smooth looking bow on the outside.

Step 6: Once glued, your bow should now look like this.

Step 7: Repeat steps 4-5 for all of the other bows until you reach the bottom. Your shirt should now look like this.

Step 8 (optional): If you want, you can also add another bow on the very top. First, cut off the edge of the hem around the neck with a pair of scissors. Cut however much you want off, depending on how deep you want your shirt to go in the front and back. Repeat steps 4-5 for the bow and voila! I haven’t done this step to my shirt yet, but i think i might later.

And there you have it! I love this DIY because it’s quite simple to do (seeing as there’s no sewing involved), and it ends up looking adorable! JUST BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR ROTARY CUTTER! I was lazy and didn’t want to cut up a cardboard box, so i just used 2 paper bags instead. I ended up cutting through the front of my shirt a little when i was cutting the slits in the back, and wasn’t a very happy camper. So don’t end up like me, put something STURDY underneath your shirt! Hope you guys have fun with this, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
